Psalms 113 - NIV Translation

(Psa 113:2 NIV) Let the name of the LORD be praised, both now and forevermore.

(Psa 113:3 NIV) From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets, the name of the LORD is to be praised.

(Psa 113:4 NIV) The LORD is exalted over all the nations, his glory above the heavens.

(Psa 113:5 NIV) Who is like the LORD our God, the One who sits enthroned on high,

(Psa 113:6 NIV) who stoops down to look on the heavens and the earth?

(Psa 113:7 NIV) He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap;

(Psa 113:8 NIV) he seats them with princes, with the princes of their people.

(Psa 113:9 NIV) He settles the barren woman in her home as a happy mother of children. Praise the LORD.
