Plan on coming to MPC's annual Family Advent Workshop on Sunday, November 29th, from 9:35-10:40 a.m. in Rooms 11 & 4, as well as on the patio.

Learn together the rich meanings behind Advent, create a fresh evergreen Advent wreath for your home, and fashion a one-of-a-kind treasure for your tree. Advent wreaths are a wonderfully effective devotional "tool" for families,  providing a growing anticipation and understanding of Christ's birth in a way that reaches a child's heart.

This workshop is best shared as a family so it will take the place of our children's Sunday School classes (3 years - 6th grade) that day.  For safety reasons, all children must be accompanied by an adult or responsible teen in order to attend. 

Save $5 when you pre-register. Early registration is only $10 per family.  So don't forget to stop by the Children's Ministries table this Sunday, and save the date.  For questions or to pre-register, talk to Laurie Loring at ext. 4.  Nursery care will be provided for children 3 years and under in Room 2.
