WORK POSITION & COMPANY - Chair of the Internal Medicine Department of the UCLA-Olive View Medical Center and the Vice Chair of Internal Medicine for the multi-campus UCLA Department of Internal Medicine.

BORN & RAISED – I was born in Denver, Colorado, and moved a lot as a child, but spent most of my late childhood and adolescence in Leavenworth, Kansas, where my father was stationed at Fort Leavenworth.

FAMILY & PETS – Wife Mary Jean; three children and four grandchildren. I currently have no pets, but have had dogs, cats and rabbits in the past.

HOBBIES/OTHER ACTIVITIES – I love to read, usually novels, and enjoy water sports.
