The Personnel Elders work with the Session and staff regarding issues of employment, Human Resources policies, and performance reviews.  They administer this work 'with concern for equal employment opportunity, fair employment practices, personnel policies and the annual review of the adequacy of compensation for all staff, including all employees.'
